Volibris is a once daily treatment for adult patients with pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH), classified as WHO Functional Class (FC) II to III to improve exercise ability. Volibris is an orally active, highly selective, ETA inhibitor. The efficacy and safety of Volibris have been investigated in two randomised, double-blind, multi-centre, placebo controlled, Phase III pivotal trials, ARIES-1 and ARIES-2.
