It is a great pleasure to welcome you to the 2026 Echo360 Structural Heart Imaging with Asia Valve. Since its founding in 2017 as the 3D ECHO 360 Symposium, ECHO360 has now reached its 10th anniversary — a milestone that would not have been possible without the unwavering support and encouragement of so many dedicated colleagues and partners. We are deeply grateful to each of you, and we look forward to marking this occasion together.
Over the past several decades, cardiovascular medicine has advanced at a remarkable pace, driven by the evolution of percutaneous interventions, multimodality imaging, and Heart Team-based models of care. Throughout this period, ECHO360 has grown into a distinguished international academic platform at the forefront of structural heart disease imaging, interventional therapy, and multidisciplinary collaboration.
This year's program will build on ECHO360's established strengths in structural heart disease and interventional cardiology, while expanding the scope of scientific discussion through collaboration with a broad range of related academic societies — extending the conversation into inherited and rare cardiac diseases, cardiovascular imaging, and precision medicine.
Across contemporary cardiovascular practice, the emphasis on accurate diagnosis and individualized treatment strategies continues to grow. Genetic and genomic medicine now plays a central role in understanding inherited cardiomyopathies and rare cardiovascular conditions, informing risk stratification and guiding therapeutic decisions. Equally, the comprehensive evaluation of complex structural heart disease and detailed procedural planning increasingly depend on an integrated imaging approach — one that draws on echocardiography, cardiac CT, and other advanced modalities working in concert.
In response to these developments, the 2026 ECHO360 will bring together experts across structural heart disease, cardiovascular imaging, interventional cardiology, cardiac surgery, genetics, and rare disease medicine — creating a forum for genuine convergence and multidisciplinary exchange. We hope this meeting will be a valuable opportunity to share the latest advances in the diagnosis and management of complex cardiovascular diseases, and to chart new directions for the field.
